Description : Baghaberd (Armenian: Բաղաբերդ; also David Bek's Castle) is a 4th to 12th century Armenian fortress located along a ridge overlooking the Voghji River, 14 kilometres (9 mi) northwest of the village of Kapan in the Syunik Province of Armenia. Baghaberd is at an elevation of 1,438 metres (4,718 ft).
